A few weeks ago I handed a pair of Oakley Radars with a Trail Prizm Lenses to a mate half way through a bash in our local trails at Nerang, Gold Coast. His reaction, just mine the first time I rode the MTB in them.
This got me thinking if I could show others the same picture? I’m no scientist, so out came the electrical tape and GoPro and this is what I ended up with.
The other Oakley prizm lenses I’ve tested; road for cycling, golf & water all provide highlighted aesthetics in the environments the are created for.
But when centimeters is the difference between hitting a tree or not, the ability to see trail features up ahead with better clarity for me is a winner.
